A graduate of Penn State University's Horticulture program, Eric has guided Eisler Landscapes' growth from a few planting crews into a full service, site excavation, construction and landscape installation company. Over the past 25 years, Eric has managed a wide variety of construction projects ranging from small residential to large commercial.

Additionally, Eric has acted as an Adjunct Professor at Chatham University, and his alma mater, Penn State University teaching undergrad and graduate level courses in landscape construction and horticulture. He has been a guest speaker at Carnegie Mellon University and conducted regional seminars on Green Roof Design and Construction.
