About Eisler Landscapes

In 1926, John M. Eisler founded Eisler Nurseries, providing full-service landscaping to Pittsburgh's Fortune 500 families and companies. Projects like Gateway Center and the original landscaping for Pittsburgh's Point State Park are just a few of the "old" projects.

When his granddaughter, Sherry, was old enough she had the opportunity to accompany him on projects, knowing that someday she would continue her family's tradition.

Sherry continued the company's family heritage after her grandfather's death in 1984. She hired horticulturists Melissa Lim-French, Peter Kyne (current manager of Eisler Nurseries) and horticulturist Eric French, president of Eisler Landscapes. The four, plus a dedicated long-time staff of 50, continue to expand Eisler's tradition of top quality landscaping and construction.

Today, the latest in equipment and technology, plus consistent customer service, allows each project - no matter the size - the same care and attention to detail that built the company's quality reputation all those years ago.

Eisler is a Women's Business Enterprise certified by the state of Pennsylvania.
